Operations-first

Built around real forwarding workflows — not generic CRM tinsel.

Freight product FAQ

Licensing, deployment, and how we fit alongside your ops.

Do we have to use your freight platform?

No. Teams adopt our freight product end-to-end, hire embedded engineers for internal tools and integrations, or explore a SaaS build partnership — we recommend what fits your roadmap.

Is there a free or open-source tier?

No. The freight forwarding product is commercial-only — subscription tiers for standard deployments and custom enterprise agreements when you need more control or scale.

How is it deployed?

Typically as a private hosted instance operated by Mycorza (included in subscription tiers above). Dedicated or VPC-style deployments and contractual variations are available at enterprise scope — talk to us about requirements.

Can we customize workflows or integrations?

Yes. Configuration and integrations are part of rollout; deeper customization or bespoke modules are scoped as professional services or enterprise agreements — not through public source redistribution.

What results should we expect?

Less time on paperwork, fewer quote-to-booking mistakes, clearer ownership across teams — without proportional headcount growth.
